Would you like to have a painting just for a few months? Maybe you wish to buy a painting, but you are not sure if you can live with it? You can now rent or buy it under leasing.

The conditions are very simple. The monthly payment is calculated as follows:

• Purchase after a year:
  (Price of the painting +   5%) / 12
  Example of a painting costing CHF 2000:
  (CHF 2000 + CHF 100) / 12 = CHF 175 monthly

• Purchase after two years:
  (Price of the painting + 10%) / 24
  Example of a painting costing CHF 2000:
  (CHF 2000 + CHF 100) / 24 = CHF 90 monthly
